  My experience is that the facility as a whole is pretty good, but, most of the staff is lousy, from the cna's all the way to the administrative staff. If you have an issue concerning your loved one, best bet is that if you ask for help from them, then all you're going to get is a lot of lies & run around games. Most do not possess love & compassion. My impression is that most are just coming to work for an 8 hr paycheck. I have tried many times to deal with the staff, but have gotten nowhere. They portray me as some criminal or villain, because I speak on the inefficiencies that I witness when I visit my mom. They are full of deception. I compared the reviews of this facility and found that this facility is rated 5 stars, hands down against other facilities, and I Give them credit, But it's not 5Star. I think & believe that the state of Georgia deserves an F, for most or all of the facilities under its authority. With that being said, I say & blame the state for running such a dismal operation. The Ombudsman process is a joke, They say they represent the residents whom pay their salaries, but that's a lie, It's all politics and B's...

  Annette @ Christian City is absolutely awesome. Very efficient. Staff is always polite when I call; and promptly direct me to who I need to speak with. Regardless of the hour, the phones @ Christian City get answered. That's a big +++
